Our mission, vision, beliefs, core values, bylaws and spiritual agreement for elders/ministers
Here's the deal, Park Chapel cares about one thing more than anything else, Connecting People to Jesus.
We see a church so in love with Jesus that we cannot be satisfied by anything else and are compelled to take the transforming grace and truth of Jesus to the world.
God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. God is one and exists in three eternal persons--Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
[Genesis 1:1-5, 26-27; Deuteronomy 6:4-5; Psalm 66; Psalm 139:13-16; Acts 17:24-28; 2 Corinthians 13:14]
Jesus Christ is the one and only Son of God. He is God who became a man and died on the cross as the Savior of the world and rose again to give eternal life to everyone who believes.
[John 1:1, 14; John 3:16-17; Colossians 1:15-20, 2:9-10; Philippians 2:5-11; Romans 10:9-13]
The Holy Spirit is God present in the world and lives in all believers as the Helper to make us aware of our need for Jesus and empower us to live for Jesus.
[Genesis 1:2; Ezekiel 36:26-27; John 16:5-15; Acts 1:7-8; Romans 8:15-17; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11; Galatians 5:16-25]
The Bible is God’s Word to us, written by human authors under supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible has authority over every area of our life.

People are made in the image of God but have been separated from Him by sin.
[Genesis 1:26-27, 3:1-15; Romans 3:23, 6:23; Isaiah 59:1-2; Galatians 5:19-21]
Salvation is God’s free gift to us and can only be accepted by trusting Jesus Christ.
[Romans 3:23-26; John 14:6; Acts 4:10-12; Ephesians 2:1-10; Isaiah 53:1-6; Romans 6:3-4]
We were made to live forever, either separated from God or joined with Him in Jesus.
[John 3:16-17; Romans 8:31-38; Matthew 25:31-46; Titus 3:4-7; 2 Peter 3:5-10]
Heaven and hell are both real places of eternal existence.
[John 14:1-3; 2 Corinthians 5:1-10; 1 Corinthians 15:35-58; Revelation 20:7-10, 21:1-4]
The Church consists of all believers in Jesus everywhere and at all times.
[Galatians 3:26-29; Matthew 16:18; Acts 2:42-47]

Everything we do must align with the mission God has given us of Connecting People to Jesus.
Seeking God is the first step our leaders take in making any decision.
Learning to live the Bible is essential for spiritual growth.
Discipleship is the process of learning from Jesus, loving like Jesus and living for Jesus.
Worship expressions change over time, but the God we worship stays the same.
God blesses us to be a blessing.
Following Jesus is something we do together.
